Our Story
Founded in 2005 by John Miller, Pinnacle Construction began with a simple mission: to deliver construction projects that exceed expectations in quality, safety, and value. Starting with a small team of five from a modest office in Wolverton, we completed our first residential renovation and haven't looked back since.
Over the past two decades, we've grown into one of Milton Keynes' most trusted construction companies, with a team of 80+ professionals and a portfolio exceeding £250M in completed projects. From landmark residential developments in Campbell Park and the Western Expansion Area to Grade A office buildings in Central Milton Keynes, our work shapes the communities where people live and work.
Today, Pinnacle Construction operates across five specialist divisions — residential, commercial, fit-out, renovation, and project management — serving private developers, local authorities, housing associations, and commercial clients throughout Buckinghamshire and the South East.
Company Milestones
Pinnacle Founded
John Miller established Pinnacle Construction in Milton Keynes with a vision to deliver quality-driven building projects. Starting with a team of five, the company completed its first residential renovation in Wolverton.
First Major Commercial Project
Secured our first £2M+ commercial contract — a 15,000 sq ft office fit-out in Central Milton Keynes. This milestone established our reputation in the commercial sector and led to three further contracts that year.
Commercial Division Expansion
Launched a dedicated commercial construction division, doubling our headcount to 45 employees. Completed the landmark Brooklands Business Park Phase 1, our largest project to date at £6M.
500 Projects Milestone
Celebrated the completion of our 500th project — a landmark achievement spanning residential developments, commercial builds, heritage restorations, and public spaces across Milton Keynes and the wider South East.
ISO 9001 & 45001 Certified
Achieved ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certifications, demonstrating our commitment to the highest industry standards and continuous improvement.
