John founded Pinnacle Construction in 2005 with a mission to transform Milton Keynes' built environment. With over 30 years in the industry, he oversees all strategic operations and client relationships.

Operations Director
Sarah ensures every project runs on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Her background in civil engineering and project management makes her the backbone of our operational success.
David Chen
Lead Structural Engineer
David brings 15 years of structural engineering expertise to every project. His innovative approach to complex structural challenges has earned recognition from the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Senior Project Manager

Rachel maintains our exemplary safety record, having implemented company-wide safety systems that have achieved zero reportable incidents for three consecutive years. She holds NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.
